EPCOT rope drop from International Gateway

if you go in through the IG are you allowed to walk abound the showcase instead of heading toward the rope drop? I would love to get in and walk the showcase and take some pics of the place pretty empty.

Nope the bridge to the right which goes to France is roped off .They leave it open enough to walk past Canada and the Uk and Mexico and Norway to get to the Princess breakfast.That is as far as you can go, and they won't let you walk around the pavilions

We were there in June at the Swan..Rope Drop was at England...then we were at the Dolphin in Oct and Rope Drop was moved past Canada, so much better

How awesome!! As long as we are further than rose and crown I am a happy girl!

I've stayed at BCV and enterred through the IG many times (most recently last week). In all those times, I've never been held at Rose and Crown. Last week, I was there for the F&W festival, so never tried to go to FW before 11:00-right at 11:00, I was ordering food at the booths!
