Epcot Rope Drop at Int'l Gateway - what time?

We're staying at the Dolphin and plan on doing RD so we can hotfoot it to Soarin'. What time should we arrive by to make sure we're in the front(ish) part of the pack? I'm trying to balance between sleeping in (slightly) since we don't have to take transportation and making sure we don't have 500 people ahead of us at opening. Traveling last full week of April if that matters.
