EPCOT restaurants

Okay, so my mom and I are going to WDW October 28-November3. We leave November 3 at around 6. We also got the free dining plan so we were looking to use it up as much as possible. On our last day we want to use a sitting down meal but not for any length of time. Is there anywhere in EPCOT that is a quick "sitting down" meal?

The Biergarten is a buffet - you could probably do that pretty quickly if you ask for the check as soon as you sit down.
