Epcot restaurant hours

How late do the Epcot restaurants stay open? Are they open past the park hours?

We're thinking of having some drinks around the world one night and are wondering how long we could stay at Epcot.

They close right before Illuminations on regular nights.

On EMH nights I would guess that they're open until the park closes.

Remember though that there are nice bars and lounges in the Epcot resorts after Epcot closes. There's a bunch of decent spots on the Boardwalk, also in the Yacht Club, Beach Club and in the Swan and Dolphin. Just grab a cab back to your resort afterward (unless you're staying at an Epcot resort), since the buses that late become painful.
