Epcot restaurant and fireworks?

We’re looking at a dinner for 10 people in Epcot for late August or Early September. In the past, I’ve done Rose and Crown with just 2 or 3 people total, and it worked out, but that was before Disney figured out they could charge extra for the tables for the good views, and their current menu seems too sparse for that many people with varying tastes and restrictions. That leaves Spice Road Table which is probably good, but my nephew also pointed out Space 220, which seems to have a really great menu, but of course, no fireworks seating included.

Which would you choose, or perhaps some other choice? If Space 220 or another restaurant without the fireworks viewing, what time would you suggest for the dinner?

More info: two kids under 10, one of the kids and her mother have celiac, one pescatarian, and at least one fussy eating adult. Possibly one or two will have electric scooters; both are capable of walking, but can’t do the large amount of walking that Epcot requires. I don’t know if that qualifies them for a handicapped viewing area, or whether that would qualify the entire party. We’re staying at the Beach Club, so I’m hopeful we’ll be able to get 220 reservations if that’s what we choose as our first choice.
