Epcot Rainbow seen!?

We were at Epcot in June and it was raining very hard, of course. Between Germany and China is a small waterway and while going over it we looked over and noticed a small rainbow going from the side of the building to the water right in front of us. I always thought you could never actually see the end of a rainbow but this was right in front of us going straight into the water 10 feet away! It almost made me jump into the water to find the Pot O' Gold. Was this just a fluke or more of Disney's Magic? Anyone else seen this happen?

Thats a special effect to make people feel better about the rain.

It's called Plusing the rain.

They must have it at CBR as we have seen it there as well.
