Do you have to sit through the movies in the Lands or can you just enjoy the lands?

Don't have to watch movies at the lands,you can just look around and watch the film's only if you want to.

But just know that the movie in France is wonderful, and you get to sit down in a nice theater for it. Very, very relaxing. Canada and China have enjoyable 360 degree movies, but there is no seating. There is also a short movie in Norway after the ride, but you don't have to watch it. So I say at least watch one - France.
