Epcot PM EMH Question for Non-Resort Guest

What is the policy for Epcot in the Evening? I understand you cannot ride the rides or see the shows but what about walking thru the countries and shopping or dining? Was thinking of doing Epcot during one of these days because we never have enough time to explore all the lands by 9PM. So of course we would ride the rides before 9PM.

PM EMH is our favorite time to tour World Showcase-very laid-back vibe-excellent time to visit with the ICMs..



Just make sure you are INSIDE Epcot before PM EMH starts.
