EPCOT Pin Traders?

How often do the traders appear at EPCOT? I visited earlier today and was able to trade for a pin but am bringing more of my pins with me when I go back and am hoping they are still there.

One of the guys didn't see anything I had and wanted me to buy a Mystery Vinylmation ($14) for one of his pins. I am more into trading pin for pin and don't want to have to purchase something to get a pin.

Do you mean the non-Disney/Professional traders? I saw them most days, usually from mid-morning to early-evening.

Yeah, remember that these folks are generally there to make a deal that is more advantageous deal to them. They don't seem to be the ones collecting for "fun". I'm sure there are some that aren't out there to take advantage of tourists, but most of the ones I've seen do seem to ask folks to buy them a pin in exchange for one of theirs.

I avoid these groups. They can be deceitful and try things like 'oh your pin is worth 5$ mine is 75$ we should trade'. If you don't know your pins values you can get taken. They are like a casino house rules favor them and they can e tricky. Sometimes you get good deals but be careful.

Wow, where do they set up? We trade pins, but normally with Cast Members.
