Does anyone know if these are still available and the cost ?

It is something that I wish we had done on our last trip 4 years ago for our DS but with another baby having arrived since it may be even better.

Thanks.

The legacy picture plaques are still available. I'm not sure about the cost (since it was included in our cruise package last year). Maybe $25, maybe more than that, i didn't pay attention.

It's called Leave a Legacy and the place to buy them is on the right hand side as you enter Epcot.

That's also where you go to locate your picture. My kids are on the plaque facing the fountain. They enjoy stopping to look at it every time we go to Epcot.

Yes, Leave a Legacy is still available (like Beth said). The cost is around $35 - add a couple of dollars or so if there are two persons in the picture. To be honest I can't remember seeing a plaque with more than two people, so I'm not sure that's possible.

Anyway, hope that helps :)

Thanks for the quick replies and info.

Something we will make of point of doing.

We bought our tile in 1999 and were told that there was a maximum of two images per tile. We always check it out when we are back in Epcot. :goodvibes They were still available when we visited last (in December) and the cost hasn't changed much since they were first sold. I did read somewhere that you could buy a tile of just text now, too but I'm not sure if this is correct :confused3 maybe someone out there knows if this is true!

we were just in epcot on sunday and did see some new tiles with just text on them....so i guess that must still be available...

We did one of the text only tiles in 2001 - I can't for the life of me remember how much it was. Anyway, feel free to check it out at West 4-C-5-7-20... :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

My sister took her granson and my youngest boy last year and left a legacy, however when my sister returned this May to view it she could not find it and went to see a CM. She was told it had been taken down and was being repaired. If it is not up in October when my family visit Epcot there will be hell to pay.

We left our son's picture, but have not been able to get back to see it. It's supposed to be at West 6-G-12-6-33 !!!!!

To confirm the above, you can only 2 images per tile. We opted to put our two kids on the tile. I'm not sure of the cost either as it was included in our package. My brother and family just returned from WDW a couple of weeks ago and we had him video tape our children's tile as we hadn't seen it yet. What I was shocked to find was that leave a legacy is still available, but the web page on disney's site only has an advert for it now and nothing else. No tile locator, etc.
