Hi everyone!

My trip is in less than a week and coincidentally, there was a special on TV today about WDW! There was a family of four and when they visited Epcot, they bought some sort of passport and got it stamped at each country.

Yes, I realize this is for kids, but can adults do it too??? :rotfl: This sounds like something I would enjoy... I don't have any kids to pawn the job off to... :confused3

I've always wondered this as well since it's just me and DH. I would love to do it, but wasn't sure if it was a "kid" thing.

what was the special on tv today? i missed it.
and i haven't gotten a passport before but i am planning on doing one this year. we don't have any kids, either, but aren't we all just big kids?

This sounds awesome...I am a big kid and no little ones equals i can do IT!!! Where can you get a passport?

The EPCOT Passport is not just for kids....I am 25 years old and I got one while I was at Disney in September. Each country either wrote my name in their language or said "Welcome to ....." There is a place in the back where you can write what each country wrote so you will know what they said when you get home. It ws so neat......since the World Showcase was my absolute favorite thing at Disney....this is probably my favorite souvenir!!!!! Just pick one up at any gift shop and have fun!!!! :wave2:

I'm going to get one! Very exciting, DF was wondering about it too!

The Disney Special was on Canadian TV... So you probably missed it for that reason. :goodvibes

I am a big kid and have done the Epcot passport and have an autograph book. I am a teacher and love to talk with the youngpeople working in the world showcase. It is a great souvenir. Remember Disney doesn't put an age limit on their products that help create a magical visit. They only do safety warnings for young children!!! Enjoy!

I have done an Epcot Passport several times. We went many years ago during Christmas break and I LOVED the craft items (they were all different types of orniments). I told several countries that I was a teacher and they gave me extra supplies to bring home. My students also love looking at the different writing the CM write in the passport.

You get a passport, stickers for each country, and a button-pin. You get them stamped at the Kid-cot Funstops in each pavillion. You can buy the passports at any gift shop in Epcot.

Also, you may want to look into this; a friend of mine went and did a drink-around-the-world thing, with some sort of passport that got stamped when you got a beer or wine in each country. It wasn't a Food & Wine festival thing at the time she did it. Hazy on the details, but maybe someone else on these boards can help if you are interested? :confused3
