Epcot Park Swap – Team Innovation

Final Details

Our group has 12 swappers so do enough for everyone to have one of everything (If you are a multiple group, i.e. Tags, Squares, etc. make sure to follow *your* instructions for how many per person).

When finished, baggy or envelope them all off into separate baggies. (NOTE: You may put both Group A and B in the same bag as everyone is doing both groups). Make sure your name/screename is on there somewhere so we can all give credit where its due.

Put all of the individual baggies into 1 big gallon sized baggie (rain protection) then in whatever you choose to ship in AND make sure to add either a Flat Rate (3.85) stamp or cash so you'll get your stuff back. (We've used the Priority Envelopes in the past and it has worked really well...)

DOUBLE AGENT INSTRUCTIONS: If you have a ** by your name, it means that you are participating in more than 1 group. You will need to baggy or envelope Group A & B for each group into separate bags and mark your DIS name and group name on the outside. Put all of the individual baggies for each group into SEPARATE big gallon baggies then in whatever you choose to ship in. Make sure to include a Bulk Rate ($7.70) stamp or cash so you’ll get your stuff back. You will probably have to ship to me in the Bulk Rate boxes and I will do the same for the return trip.

PLEASE make sure to include your full name on/in the envelope somewhere and make sure to have a legible copy of your address somewhere that I can read it. You DO NOT need to send an envelope. After it’s packaged up, mail it to me. Please check your PMs for my address.

It's close to the due date and I hadn't seen anything about this swap recently. Are things still going as planned or did we decide to postpone. I know Shauna had stuff going on but I didn't know if we had switched the date? Thanks!

Hi Ladies!

I have a question for y'all. It seems that a lot of us have had the busy bug attack lately. This is just a question and by no means set in stone, but how do y'all feel about pushing the deadline back to November 15? I don't want anyone to feel that we don't value the efforts of those that have finished their items on time. I just don't want anyone to feel rushed or panicked because things have changed (like SweetMaxine's trip).

What do y'all think?

FYI, Mom2Madi has been MIA since Oct. 26 so I am fairly certain we won't be receiving her items. I have put out a request for an angel but haven't gotten any bites. I wanted to know how y'all felt about waiting or if we should just not worry about the extra person and you'll all get your extra piece back.

There are 12 people in the swap so normally you would need to mail 12. If we don't find an angel, you would need to mail 11. Let me know if this makes sense.

Okay, so I do not keep a set for myself? That's what I was planning on doing.. originally sending 11 and keeping my own set, which would now be down to sending 10? Is that wrong? I'm glad I asked before I went postal!
