EPCOT on Halloween Night...or another park?

We've been thinking about a trip to WDW in October and wanted to know what the crowd levels are like at the other parks? MK will be busy of course, so we wanted to try another park on the 31st. Anyone have suggestions or experiences with crowd levels at other WDW parks on Halloween Night?

I looked at Touring Plans historical data for Halloween in 2016, 2017, 2018. None of the parks were shown as very busy (around 3 out of 10), including MK. These all seemed to fall in the middle of the week, which I’m sure was a factor.

MK will have their last Halloween party that night, but it’s also priced to be the most expensive party. Not sure how busy it would really be.

We were at Epcot last year on Halloween, (we did MNSSHP the night before). We had dinner reservations that night at 1900 Park Place so we left around 4:45pm to head over to our dinner. Epcot was pretty light during the day with fairly low crowds, though it was starting to pick up a bit before we left. Sorry I can't tell you what it was like in the evening but I was happily surprised at how light it was during the day. I think in general people with kids of trick'or'treating age are either at the MNSSHP that night or are taking advantage of the festivities at their resorts. While we were having dinner at the Grand Floridian they had a huge party on the beach and the Mouse himself showed up to join in the party.

It's been several years now, but the first time we were at WDW on Halloween, we spent the evening in Epcot. It felt almost deserted. The buses to MK from our resort were packed with party goers. We had a great time at Epcot.
