So we have 3.5 hours at Epcot 7/7. We will have Garden Grill PPO and ride Soarin' when they let us (hopefully before 9am). Here's what we hope to accomplish after that:

LWTL
Spaceship Earth
Joy and Sadness
Figment
Nemo
Meet Alice in UK if we have time

We have a 1pm ADR at Beaches and Cream, so we will exit at IG.

Any opinions on the order here? Should we book it to SE after LWTL or Joy and Sadness?

We have FPs at MK in the afternoon, so we aren't willing to use any at Epcot. Are we being too ambitious? Do we need to drop something?

Soarin, LWTL, Nemo, Figment and Alice are in very close proximity to each other so I would do them one after the other, go to B&C, come back, go to M&G with Joy & Sadness and as your walking out of park (I'm assuming you need to go back towards Monorail or buses), hit up Spaceship Earth on your way out.

Hmmm...tough one. As PP said, Soarin', Land, Nemo and Figment are all close together. If you get on Soarin' right at 9am, you can all 4 done well before 10am, no problem. We only did Joy and Sadness once and it was a 45 minute wait (I believe it was late morning), and it has no FP+, so I might be tempted to do that first since it's not a far walk, then head back for the other 4. I think Soarin' line will still be short, and the others never get a line. M&G Alice shouldn't be too hard to do. The tough one is SE. It's relatively far from the others, but it has a quirky line. It builds pretty quick and can be long from about 10am to 4pm, but then drops back down to zero. Only other option I can think of is to rope drop it, then hustle to Joy/Sadness M&G, then Soarin', but you may hit a 30+ minute line there.

Probably not an "easy" answer to do all those, you'll have to make decisions.

So if you were to run that itinerary through personalized touring plans software, hypothetically it might give you something like this:

GG
Seas (17 minute wait)
LWTL (1)
Soarin (9)
SE (11)
Joy & Sadness (23)
UK Pavilion (?)
Figment (7)
Done by 11:30 or so.

It's hard for me to believe that would be the best order, and it involves more walking than you may want to do, so TIFWIW.

We will be off Soarin when the park opens. We do GG PPO every trip and are usually on by 8:50am. When we exit the RD crowd is walking in.

My biggest concern is whether or not to do SE or Joy and Sadness first after we are done in the Land. I know both of those lines can build quickly.

GG, Soarin, LWTL,Nemo and Figment are doable in your time frame. However the Joy and Sadness...cute as they are... and Spaceship Earth become time-eaters depending on the line. I'd aim at all the attractions in "The Land" and then head to the UK for Alice, off to B&C and let the others go.

It could go either way as to whether Joy and Sadness or Spaceship Earth will have the longer standby time. We've had long waits for both. I would choose which one you want to do more, and do that one first. If the other one has too long of a wait for you afterward, just skip it.

That's a tough one. You could do things in proximity to each other, but risk lines building at J&S and SE OR try to circumvent the line-builds and end up backtracking. First, I think I would prioritize the attractions and think about what you are willing to give up, if anything. If you aren't willing to give up anything, I think I would suggest:

Soarin'
LWTL (time killer, but coming back to it will only lead to a lot of walking and backtracking)
Joy and Sadness
Spaceship Earth
Nemo
Figment
Alice

Prepare to ditch a few if needed.

I appreciate the replies. I think we are going to ditch LWTL. Spaceship Earth and Figment are non-negotiable, so we have to make those work.

We keep missing J & S, but the line is always LONG. We will just need to walk by and see what's up I think.

This is a great example of why I think the TP touring plans (and crowd calendar) are snake oil. Do Nemo first? A 17 minute wait at that time? Then a 9 minute wait for Soarin', which would be third? Uh...sure. What a joke....

Yeah any time I run my plan through there I laugh. They have you going all over the place even if you select minimal walking.

I like the personalized plans better than you do, but I think their algorithm has a hard time with park opening for some reason. We were at MK in early April and they projected BTMRR to be 35 minutes at 9 am (on an AM EMH day). My experience said "no way" and sure enough, it was about 10. They were pretty on for the rest of the day but early, not so much.

I would probably go straight to Joy and Sadness after Soarin' and hopefully be in and out quickly, and then head to Spaceship Earth! It would probably be close to 9:30am at that point and the line probably wouldn't be terrible there yet.

SSE is the part of your plan that makes me cringe a bit. We’ve gone to the park first thing with that “oh, it’s just SSE, we’ll hit it real quick on our way in” idea... only to find everyone else and their brother does the same thing because it’s the first thing they see. I’d hate to spend the time walking up there only to find an annoyingly long line. You may catch it when it’s still a quick wait, or it may be that morning when everyone gets in line.

I know you said it’s not-negotiable though!

I'd do Joy and Sadness after Soarin. Everyone seems to go to Spaceship Earth first as it's the first thing you see as you walk in.

I'd then do all of the other things, hit up Spaceship Earth and then Alice in the UK on the way out.

It's a little back and forth walking but I think would have the best wait times that way.
