EPCOT Meal Help!

We are going to be able to do 3 TS meals at EPCOT during our stay. So far, Le Cellier and Akershus are definites. The 3 others we're considering are Coral Reef, Tutto, and Garden Grill. Probably food wise, I'm guessing Tutto is the best choice, but with DDs 5 and 1, I thought the characters at GG and the scenery at CR would be fun - but will the food stink?

Any other suggestions? We're not too into Teppan Edo or Marrakesh, tried Chinese, and figured we could get Mexican at home.

I would def do Coral reef...and did you see about HoopDee Doo? my MIL LOVES Disney and knows all lol! she said HoopDee Doo is great! We had adr for Coral Reef our lat trip but were room bound bc we got sick...

Of the three, I'd definitely choose Tutto Italia.

I have not eaten at Coral Reef.

We liked GG. The rotating restaurant is neat and the characters were awesome. The food was just okay.

I voted for Tutto's. The food and service was great.

We LOVE CR. We do it at least 2x's during a trip. We also love GG. We always go on Living w/the Land right before our ADR. Food and atmosphere are great at both.

I voted 'other', and would suggest maybe Biergarten. Great atmosphere complete with a dance floor. There were loads of kids out there gettin down to the chicken dance!

We've always enjoyed our meal when we've gone to CR...and the scenery is very neat, especially for young ones!

I would suggest GG. When I was younger my parents took me to GG and many years later I still remember how much I loved it. Do I remember any of the food I had at any of the places we went? no.

The character interaction is excellent...The food is simple but very well done...We have been twice and the food was very fresh and the service was very good both times...The kids love the characters, the rotating room is cool, and the lower level booth seating makes you feel like you are the only party there...

The food may be better for the adults at the others but I think the simple food at the GG along with the characters is a great choice.

I voted for GG. I haven't eaten at CR. TI was good, but not all that memorable. Honestly, I can't even really remember what we ate there, and it was not fun for DS.

The food at GG is ok- fresh, but not very exciting, however, the character interaction blew every other character meal's out of the water! We've done several, and at all of the others, I have 1 or 2 decent pics tops b/c everything is so rushed. At GG, I have probably 50 good pics! Seriously. The characters each came by multiple times. Mickey hung out with DS and played with his Cars and Dinoco helicopter. DS was on ! It was really amazing. I don't think any of us will forget that meal.

So, GG, not for the food, but for the experience.

We have eaten at all 3.

My top pick would be Coral Reef. We love the food and the atmosphere is wonderful. Our kids (6 & 7) always request this one place.
Tutto: Excellent food...we all have had fabulous meals here. The atmosphere is ok. The service sometimes feels rushed (which can be good or bad thing, depending on your mood).
Garden Grill: None of us like the food here. Just not big fans of it. The characters were fun. We are definately not in a hurry to return here. For us there are FAR too many other character meals to enjoy.

I voted for Garden Grill. The character interaction is good here and it is a novelty that the restaurant rotates. The food is good here as well, but my
DH learned that he needs to avoid the catfish. He is allergic to crustaceans (shell fish) and we've since learned that catfish feed on crustaceans.

I think Coral Reef would be good as well because your kids would love looking at the fish while they eat. I know our kids frequently request this restaurant for just that reason.
