It really depends on the family.
Does your family like a slower pace? Looking closely at things. Learning. Museum-type exhibits. Aquariums (with a ride!). Learning about the world around them. Short films.
My kids were junkies for that kind of thing. We started visiting museums with them when they were still babies. When we visited Washington, the highlight of the trip was the Arboretum. And Epcot's always been their favourite park.
But different families have different tastes, and you know your own kids best.
One thing to keep in mind - if Epcot isn't something YOU enjoy, then your kids probably won't enjoy it, either.
