Epcot international dinner.. Info needed

Are you asking about the grand gathering dinner? We did that dinner on our wedding trip with all of our guests and it was fantastic. There was lots of entertainment, including Minnie and Goofy! We got tons of pictures and had a really great time. The VIP illuminations viewing was great as well. The food was delicious and included dishes from all of the countries in EPCOT. Some of the ones I remember are:

Battered Fish (UK)
Rice with tofu and edamame
Cheese Tortellini with a creamy alfredo sauce and peas
Kids dishes - pizza, chicken fingers, etc.
Different breads and buns
Desert - cupcakes, fruit, cookies

That is sadly all that I can remember right now, if you need more info I can get it for you and I have pictures as well. Hopefully this helps (if it is even the dinner you are talking about)
