Epcot? Im not feeling the magic...

I'm down pretty often. So I'm not all that interested in rides anymore. But I love to walk around and visit all the country pavilions. Which I can do even when it's crowded and takes too much time to get on rides.

I've never skipped Epcot on any of my short trips, but I've skipped MK.

I'm looking forward to the Italy wine bar!

Epcot is a fave for our family. The grandkids enjoy the Kidcot stations and the adults have a chance to notice the details in each Pavillion and attraction. When you take the time to seek out the entertainment options I think you'll find them top notch fun.

There's always room for improvement in everything and Epcot could do some work on Imagination and re-tool the Wonders of Life. :goodvibes

Epcot is my 2nd fav park & I find as I get older, it's sliding into the 1st postion! ;)

I agree that Epcot is a park that you should really take a lot of time to see. One of my fav memories spent at WDW was sitting on an Epcot park bench with my family watching my little ones feed the ducks. :lovestruc

The trip I fell in love with the park was when I took the advice of some on this board. I decided to go into each Country with a mission, to see everything & to purchase the same item. So that trip it was an ornament...next trip it was candy...you get the idea. lol I love to shop & my little ones loved helping me pick the perfect 'item'.

Never been during Food & Wine Fest... Going this year for the first time!!!! I am so excited to see Epcot in all it's glory! :yay:

I've seen this quote and like it and thought it appropriate to use here:
"The magic is in the details"

The "details" that everyone appreciates varies from person to person. So everyone will feel the magic more in their personal favorite park.

LOVE this. so true. :thumbsup2

The first time I took my kids together (we were all there, yeah!) they were 2 1/2 and 4 1/2, and we were staying at the Boardwalk Villas. To walk to Epcot was such a nice perk (well, nice it to put it mildly!). That trip, and every trip since, my kids have seriously said that is their favorite park. Yup.

Nice perk - one time we were near Morocco, and my son's socks got wet. I ran back to the room to get dry socks while DH entertained the kids. Wow I was sold on staying near Epcot!

Also, my son wanted to go back on spaceship Earth one evening. I got our DD ready for bed (she's not even 3, so of course never saw fireworks that trip., which was fine, better to keep her well rested) so got him in his jammies, strolled him back, rode the "big globe" again, and he was asleep by the time we made it back.

My kids always love the Innoventions exhibits too!

I love the countries!

What I love it taking the time to relax and enjoy it all!
