Epcot: Ice Cream Social?

Can someone clarify something for me? I've seen pictures of treats from a place called Ice Cream Social at Epcot. But I can't find them listed on any sites. Was this a one-time-shot 'social' event, did the place close, or what?

Garden Grill (in the Land) used to do an ice cream social....don't think they do it anymore

It was in Garden Grill, but they discontinued it just recently when the restaurant was rehab'd. Sorry to see it go...we did it just once, last year, and it was GREAT!
