Oh I love the Biergarten! We've eaten there numerous times! I have been with large groups and small groups. The food is always good, lots to chose from, even if you have a picky eater.
We were seated once with a family who were rather quiet. My group and I started talking about watching Stacy on the in-room tvs. The family at the end of the table heard us and started talking to us about watching Stacy and then the rest is history. We had a blast with that family!
Sometimes, you just have to find one little thing in common and then watch the magic happen.

We always go for lunch and it is without a doubt one of our favorites!
The food is great-so much so that I have dreams about it
The band is fun and I love watching people dance. One of these days I will get the courage up to dance too.
The seating for us is not an issue. We have had quiet table mates and some that were very talkative. We have dined with people from around the world here.
Go with an open mind and enjoy it, it's not like you will be spending your entire vacation with strangers, just 1 meal and you might be surprised at how much you enjoy it.

We ate there a few weeks ago.
DH and I were not that impressed. The entertainment was wonderful, the food was okay. The food was not very authentic, compared to what we are used to.
Maybe its because we go to a little german "village" where we live, that we go to once a month.
