Epcot Forever Refund?

Just cancelled my April trip with a heavy heart, and though Disney mentioned a refund of funds we have paid in toward the total balance so far, they didn't mention the extra money we paid for the Epcot Forever dinner show reservation at Rose and Crown. How do I get that back?

We had not reserved that exact experience, but did have two other prepaid dining experiences. Both were refunded within a week.

You need to go into your my Disney experience account and cancel all the dining and activity reservations you made. They will not automatically cancel unless they officially extend the park closure.

I did. For some reason I expected to see some kind of special little note about a refund on the Epcot Forever cancellation.
 
Did you receive an email for the cancellation? You’re well within the cancellation period so I’d wager the refund will show up in a few days, possibly taking longer than normal because of the volume of cancellations.

I did receive one. I had 3 things, a Rainforest Cafe res, a Brown Derby res, and the Epcot Forever dinner res. I got acknowledgements on all 3. Just nothing about the refund on the prepayment on the Epcot Forever one.

I did just what you did, I canceled them online and my account was credited in about a week. I think it probably is a very busy time so you might give it a little while longer and then contact.
