Epcot Food & Wine Brochure

I find it easier to have hard copies of things when I'm planning. We just returned from a great weekend at WDW. We got the brochure from F&W, and it's so nicely laid out. If I had something like that before we go, I would probably try to fit things in. Is it possible to get that brochure before the festival opens? If so, how? Was that brochure available on line?
