I don't understand why everything isn't available to book online. I'd rather not talk to these people (or wait on the phone). Makes zero sense.
I don't understand why they either don't do online booking or at least do staggered booking instead of opening EVERYTHING at once. This has to stress their staff out too. People tend to be rather irate after 2 plus hours on hold when they are told "sorry your event is full!"
