I don't understand why everything isn't available to book online. I'd rather not talk to these people (or wait on the phone). Makes zero sense.

I don't understand why they either don't do online booking or at least do staggered booking instead of opening EVERYTHING at once. This has to stress their staff out too. People tend to be rather irate after 2 plus hours on hold when they are told "sorry your event is full!"

PFTS GA is only thing bookable for PFTS online...Reserved and WIne View only via phone

LOL... why do we do this to ourselves? I'm sitting here with a pit in my stomach, hoping I don't get a clueless cast member. All I want is the Premium Package, and I know there's a strong chance the CM isn't even going to know what I'm talking about. These three calls in the last week (DVC early book day, Disney early book day, and today) have been more stressful than anything that's happened at work this week.

By the way, I asked about the sampler. You do have to use all of the entitlements on the specific day you reserve. You pick up your credentials on the morning of at the festival center.

Japanese Craft Beer Tasting -- that's the ONLY thing we want to book, and this is morning 2 of trying...wait time is 110 minutes, though I called at 7 on the dot

Got right in at 7:00!! Woohoo!! Was thinking about premium package but CM didn't have specifics!! So I booked sampler package. Soo excited!!

Were there any new details on the sampler package? (Did you have to book a specific day? Do the entitlements have to all be used that day?)

The other day Disney's 4 minute quoted wait was 45 minutes for me. Real different.
