I don't think we received ours until a few weeks after booking started, last year. Haven't seen this year's yet, either.
We have always received ours after the booking date as well.

Who is "Cat"?Cat will be 'demo'ing at various stages and events the weekend of November 1st.'
I'm assuming that includes Party for the Senses for 11/01/2008.
DDE was doing an advance schedule for members and mailing on the 14th.
I am guessing that is what this person is talking about. DDE always does an advance mailing of the completed schedule, it just doesn't always reach everyone before the official website release of events.

Well, I don't know of anyone who has received anything from DDE, and I don't know anyone who received the DDE mailing prior to the booking date last year, and once burned I am not counting on that again.
"Cat" is Cat Cora (celebrity chef). LOVED her kitchen conversation last year, maybe they will add one for her.

That's awesome! We'll be there!Where did you get this info?
dizneykid said:Actually, I received mine the Saturday before the Monday reservations were to take place. I remember bringing it to work with me to use to book the events.
Andrew Shotts from Garrison Confections will be at the festival from 10/3 - 10/5 and will be at the 10/4 PFTS.
I would look for there to be beverages at each booth, although they're not listed.
Nobody knows if that list of food items is final or not.
I just don't know if it is really worth it to spend $100+ per person or not only because I don't know what to expect. The one I'm looking at right now is the City Tastes, particularly Taste of Spain and Taste of Italian Cities.
DH and I are thinking of heading down to Food and Wine for a long weekend in October. Is there enough to do to fill two whole days at Epcot (F and W stuff) or should I just plan one day there and a day at another park? Thanks!
Does the Premium Annial Pass or the DDE card get you any discounts on any events or food/drink at the booths in Epcot during the F&W festival? If so, please provide details!
