Epcot festival food carts

We have managed to land our next trip right in between Flower and Garden, and Food and Wine. How quickly do they tear down the food carts from Flower and Garden, usually? Didn’t know if we may get lucky and still be able to catch one or 2 the first couple days after the festival ends, or if everything closes on the 5th. Thanks y’all!

The structures themselves will stay put and just be converted to the food and wine booths. However, they'll all be closed after the 5th until they open back up for Food and Wine on the 15th.
