Going down to WDW in late September for a conference and my 6th grader is tagging along for a little time in the parks. On a Sunday, we have an 8:30AM reservation for the Garden Grill.. do you think we will have time to eat and get on the line for Sorin before it gets too long? Hoping to do that and then rush over to Test Track and looking to book a Fast Pass for Frozen so we can hit all the "big" attractions before we have to exit the park to catch the plane home in the late afternoon.

Enter Epcot a little before 8:00a through the ADR entrance touch points and head to Garden Grill. You’ll be seated as soon as you arrive. Pay for your meal at that time and when you are finished eating or meeting characters, head to Soarin’.

Totally agree - also try to modify your reservation for earlier - I always have success with this at GG. Even if you can't, they most likely will seat you if you arrive at 8am. You will have a wait at TT or FEA, even if you get right on Soarin, but just go as quickly as possible. Definitely leave GG by 8:45 and head down to Soarin - I have been let on as early as 8:50 after eating at GG.

We had an ADR at 8:15, got seated right around then despite a delay in checking people in who had ADRs at the Epcot tapstiles. Paid when we sat down, were in line at 8:50, and DH, DM, and DS were on the first flight in the top row, right before the hordes came rumbling through from RD. You have to get in line before RD to avoid a long wait on Soarin. After using my rider switch we scooted out of there, the wait was at 90 minutes! (We had used our FP for FEA). I still have never gone on TT!

Many thanks - do you happen to know the general area of the ADR entrance?

Sorry - not sure about Epcot; for MK and Studios the ADR entrance is on the far left. It will either be far left or far right - look for a CM holding a clipboard with the ADR listing.
