EPCOT F&W 2016 premium package?

Has anyone heard if the premium package is coming back to EPCOT? I am specifically referring to the one where during the week you have a reserved spot?

I was hoping to do it this year for our Disneymoon, but I wasn't sure when it was released the previous years and it seems like they would have announced it at the same time as the concerts and what not. That way people could start booking it on the same date.

I hope it is, I love that package and have taken advantage of it the last 2 years.
