Epcot Evening MH

I am staying off site. I know I can't ride rides, but what would be available to us should we stick around on the EMH night? I am trying to decide if I should just go to another park that day, or go to Epcot if there are things I CAN do in that 2 hours to make that day/heavier crowd day worth it.
