I know responses to this thread may vary greatly as everyone has their own opinions and taste buds, however I wanted to ask.

A little background...
I love EPCOT and the food there. I am planning a trip for July (our 1 year anniversary + a best friend's wedding). I tend to lean to go back to places we LOVE, but am hoping that your thoughts and opinions may help us explore new places. We tend to eat at EPCOT multiple times a week, even if it is QS :) Park Hoppers/APs are worth it to us just for this reason.

However for this thread...

If you had to choose 1 (and only 1) restaurant anywhere in Epcot, which one would you choose and why???

Ready, Set, Choose!!!

Le Bistro. Everything from the bread to dessert is delicious. The atmosphere is also much quieter than most WDW restaurants.

Disclaimer: We were there on 12/30. LB started taking DDP on 1/1. This may change things. Unfortunately, DDP has had negative effects on restaurants in the past.

Hands down I would choose Teppan Edo. The food is great and so is the atmosphere. We had a good experience there, our chef was very interactive and funny. I can't wait to go back again!:)

Thanks! I love reading suggestions and the reasons why... It really does help you want to try new things!

Now I only have to wait like 7 more months !!!

Teppan Edo, the food is great and the entertainment is awesome! I always love watching them cook right in front of me and seeing the different skills of each of the chefs.

Thank you for the input!

We had talked about Teppan Edo before - so we may just have to try it.

We'll most likely add a few others too..

Thanks again!

Le Cellier, but for lunch - you can still have the yummy (albeit small) filet at lunch with that wonderful truffle sauce. (That all being said, the apps and desserts were nothing in particular to write home about.)

If we're talking strictly the taste of the meal itself...I'd say Le Cellier. If we're talking an experience....give me La Hacienda de San Angel during Illuminations....the food is very good there but the experience of having the lights dimmed and watching Illuminations from your table is truly magical.

For food quality I have 3-Teppan Edo, Tokyo Dining, and Tutto Italia.

For awesome view-Tokyo Dining-we got window corner table during Illuminations.

Teppan Edo is fun and the food is always served hot and delicious.

Tutto the food is good and I love the atmosphere.

Marrakesh. The service was wonderful. The setting seemed very authentic. The food was excellent. I had the Royal Feast. It is my new second favorite place to eat.

This!! I really do hope (selfishly) that this place stays below the radar for the average visitor. But now that it is on the DDP I am afraid that the ambiance and food quality that was such a powerful plus in the past will be just that.... in the past.

Picking one is hard, but I'd have to choose Tokyo Dining. The food has always been delicious and the service is incredible. We've always had a fantastic experience.

Hard to choose one.

We love le cellier (cheese soup, pretzels, and steak) as well as biergarten (we love the food and beer and the kids have a blast with house band).

Thanks again!!

I love reading everyone's thoughts. It makes it "easier" and also "harder" to choose one. I know that is contradictory. I just wish I could eat at each place for my entire trip.

However I cannot. But your experiences are great to help me narrow it down.

Thank you!

Tangierine Cafe! I know it's counter service, but there's something about that lamb shawarma platter.... mmmmm.... I just love it.

If you were looking for a sit-down restaurant, my husband and I just adored the ambiance and food (sausages sausages sausages!) at Biergarten!
