This has probably been asked before, but how does the EMH Evening hours work at EPCOT? Do the 3 extra hours start at 7 when Future World closes, or does is start at 9:00PM when World Showcase closes?

All future world is pretty much open (except living seas and Energy). Only Mexico and Norway are open in WS. Only the electric umbrella, and the 2 restraurants in Mexico are open during EMH to eat. (I don't know if the Land will be open once it reopens to the public, but would hope so). (And as always, wonders of life is and was closed.) I went in January and after Illuminations we headed to the Mexico ride. Well let me say, I didn't think this one up by myself. First time there was ever a line for that ride (but it went quickly). I just wanted to give day guest a chance to get out before playing.

We just got back today from our week at the World and were a bit dissapointed with EMH at Epcot. It was open until 12:00 am but......the only things open are some rides and shows. NOTHING in world showcase is open except rides in Mexico and Norway. They close up the world showcase. So if you are considering going through world showcase, be sure to do it during the day. I believe the rides open were Mexico, Norway, Test Track, Spaceship Earth, Figment, Honey I Shrunk the audience..and I think one more. Crush wasnt open at night.

Going in June, first summer trip. Do you really think that EMH is necessary at EPCOT? Deciding if we need hopper option because I have been advised to avoid any park duiring regular operating hours that has any type of EMH be it early or late. If that is basically true then we would hop to the park just prior to the EMH hours.
