Just got back from our first lounge visit a couple weeks back. We thought it was OK, but nothing over the top special. It actually seemed like the AC was having a hard time keeping up at the middle of the day, making it somewhat uncomfortably warm.
Sodas and Drinks were fine, but outside of the chairs to rest for a few minutes there was not much to do. Reminded me of an airport lounge or a European train lounge.
If it goes away next year, it won't be a major loss, and at the end of the day it is more of a marketing tool than anything else.
