Epcot, does Off-Kilter always play at the same times?

Hi. I found a website that has entertainment schedules for Epcot but it does not say any days or months, just times. Do they always play at the same times? So are these times reliable?

As far as I can remember the scheldules are usually pretty similar on a day to day basis. Depending on when you go they may change, just depending on what kind of season (high or low) it is.

Do they only play during the week? We've been to Epcot recently on a Saturday and haven't seen them.

I was surprised to see on Steve Soares site that currently they're playing every day - I also remember them being off for a few days each week.
