Hi. We are taking my parents to EPCOT during our February trip. They have never been there, and we;d like to make ADRs for a nice place for dinner before illuminations. My mom is disabled and will be in a wheelchair. We'll have our three kids with us:DS10, DD8, DD6.

We've never tried Le Cellier, preferring to try new food experiences over steakhouse grub, though I understand many find the food there to be great. I am considering it.

Can anyone suggest a plan of attack for dining and illuminations?

I'd pass on Le Cellier. It substantially overrated. Chefs de France and Coral Reef are the best restaurants at Epcot, IMHO. Chefs de France is so incredible, that they can elevate a simple ham and cheese sandwich into cuisine. Coral Reef is renowned for their artistic creations. Both would be excellent choices. If you want something more adventurous and fun, both Marrakesh and Biergarten offer an interesting cuisine, with live entertainment. Food at both places is very good.
