If you do the French Family Meal Tradition, it's three hours long. But for a regular meal, I'd give it 1.5 hours. It's French. You dine. You don't eat.

My husband and I are planning to do the exact same thing on our trip! I'm planning a little dining around the world: Weinkeller (Aperitif), Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar (Antipasti), Monsieur Paul (Main Course & Dessert), Rose and Crown Pub (Digestifs).

Have eaten at most of your list.
My suggestions:
Flying Fish
Restaurant Marrakesh if you like that style of food.
Chefs de France
Spice Road Table

If its not out of your budget, would agree that Monsieur may be the best resaturant at EPCOT. A step up from Chef de France and more peaceful.

Just to update, after giving DH a few options, he thought he'd like French the best... We've agreed that we don't want to spend 3 hours plus eating, so Chefs de France wins out over Monsieur Paul as the pricing allows us more flexibility... we may just do apps and share a main, to leave time to wander around a bit before we get the kiddos. Thanks all for the advice!
