Epcot DestiNations Discovered Tour?

I was looking into some of the tours at WDW and I stumbled across this:

But I can't find anything about it on the official site? Does anyone know about it or has anyone taken the tour? I'd be really interested to do it if it's still going on when we go in October.

I'm really interested as well. We did the Undiscovered Future World last year and would like to do this one in '16, if it's worth it.
