Epcot days in November

Would Epcot in November be better on a Friday or a Sunday? Or would it not matter at all?
FWIW it would be the Sunday after Thanksgiving or the following Friday (NOT the Friday after Thanksgiving).

I think the Friday, for that of letting the thanksgiving crowds leave. But both days there are Christmas party in Magic Kingdom so people are more likely to visit or park hop to Epcot.

Friday, 12/2 would be less crowded than Thanksgiving weekend. The crowds do lighten after Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas.

I think Sunday will be busy since MK has a Christmas party. We are doing Monday Epcot because of extra hours.
