Hi guys!
As luck would have it, we scheduled our trip on the exact week between the end of FotA and the beginning of F&G, in February 2020. :rotfl:
Our group will consist of 2 adults and 2 senior adults, all ladies. Me and my mom absolutely loved Epcot the first time we´ve been there during F&G and my auntie has never been and one of our regrets last trip was that we didn´t manage to visit every single pavilion. So even though lots of things are closing in Epcot, we still want to make it a 2-day park, visit every little bit of every pavilion and drink around the world at leisure (we all love food and drinks!) lol
So my question is: we don´t care much about food booths and all (I mean, it would be nice to have some of the special snacks and drinks, but it wouldn´t ruin our trip to not have it, specially considering price x size ratio lol), but my mom absolutely loves the decorations, topiaries and all things artsy/flowery. How much of FotA will still be left and how much of F&G will already be put out during these days? Our Epcot first day is the day after FotA ends, will there still be something left of the festival? When do the begin decorating the park for F&G? Is there any kind of activity or exhibit that lingers on or happens before the official beginning of the festivals?

Also, our last park day is the very first day of F&G. Is it worth it leave that day for Epcot just for flower decorations and the butterfly garden or is the first day of the festival mad crazy?

I would definitely make your last day an EP day. The first day doesn't draw any more crowds than any other day.

I do remember seeing F&G topiaries out at the end of the Arts Festival last year.
I would do epcot on the first day of F&G. You'll probably enjoy some of the food booths and some of the "extras" that go on during F&G, like any special magic shots or merchandise, etc. Last year they had the Orange Bird sipper available for purchase, and we had the Orange Bird magic shot done too.
FME, F&G doesn't draw in the crowds like F&W or the Arts Festival.

Thank you guys for your replies!
I´ll rearrange some things and see if we can push second Epcot day to first F&G day. Thanks again!
