Epcot Day

We're thinking about doing Epcot the day we get off our Wish Crew
We go in Early November and this will be our only day in Epcot (We only have 3 days total and we also want to do Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom.)
We are planning G+ and LL+ (Thinking that Remy's and Guardians will both be bookable for us at 7am that morning).


This is our List in order of import

Top
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure
Sorain around the world
Frozen Ever After
Spaceship Earth

Middle
Guardians Roller Coaster
Living with the Land
Journey Into Imagination With Figment
The Seas with Nemo & Friends

We'll want to lunch at Chef De France
Dinner will be Counter Service from around the world showcase (Food & Wine should be in then right?) And we'll want to spend some time knocking around the World Showcase but there's not anything specifically we need to do there outside of FEA, just be good to be back in the World Showcase.

Anyway is this doable on the day we get off the ship and wont be able to rope drop? Or should we plan to do MK or Ak that day instead? With AK I know that we're going to want to do the treks as well as the rides, actually probably more than the rides. We're not really big roller coaster people, partially because we're too big for most roller coasters (pooh sized I believe is the current vehicular) but also because I get sick on roller coasters and she just straight up hates them. That said I do fine on the roller coasters in MK and I can't pass up a chance to check out the new tech on Guardians.

Personally I would do AK, park tends to be less crowded as the day goes on. Book an ILL for FOP then you will have a full day to enjoy Epcot.

I agree AK might be your better bet. Remember that time of year, it is probably going to close earlier and the trails close a hour or so before the park does so you need to factor that in as well.

Wouldn't this be all the more reason NOT to pick this the day I'll already be getting there late?

I'm thinking maybe MK instead we can start stacking first thing in the morning and so walk in with a couple already cued up and all we want to do in MK is:

Haunted Mansion (Though I really do want to ride this at least 2)
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
Mickey's Philharmagic
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade
Disney Enchantment (Fireworks)
Pirates of the Caribbean
The People Mover
