Epcot Crowds: Late EMH vs. Moonlight Magic

For anyone who has done both, how would you say they compare crowd-wise? Waits for attractions?

Does anyone have a sense? Or maybe know of other threads that discuss this specific question? Haven't found anything on point.

The waits for most attractions was better during Moonlight Magic. We went in December 2017.

We did MM at Epcot, it wasn't really that crowded but we had a 30 wait to get into frozen. Almost to the ride and it broke down, they said that it would be running shortly, waited another 30 minutes and left the ride. Did test track, did soarin', missed the fireworks while waiting in queue, got a mickey bar, and the night was over.

Epcot has only a rides and rides that are open which causes the wait for each to be longer that the MK events.
