EPCOT Construction question.

Hi: This has come up before I'm sure, but I wouldn't know what to search on to find the answer. Does anyone know what the construction is at EPCOT between the Mexico and Norway pavilions? Is it part of the delayed Frozen attraction for Norway by any chance? Or, more hopefully, is it a new pavilion--doubt it, but always hopeful that another country would magically appear.

Frozen Meet & Greet. Reportedly, there will also be restrooms in the building.

It's part of the Frozen attraction. It's not a pavilion for a real country.....just Arendelle.
