Epcot Character Spot Meet Disney Pals vs. Chase Visa Character Meet?

Are the characters the same at the Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot and the Disney Chase VISA Character Meet and Greet? Trying to figure out if we should plan on doing both while we are in that area? Thanks!

At the Character Spot you see Mickey, Goofy and Minnie individually. You can take pics with photo pass ($ to download) or use your own camera. At the Chase Visa meet you get usually two characters (I've always had Minnie and Pluto)- and gotten photos both individually and together. The photopss person takes the pics but they are free to download. I'm sure they'd use your camera too, but since the download is free I just do that.

The Chase spot changes up and you do not know which character(s) you will see. It was Mickey/Goofy when I was there last, but I have seen other Fab 5 combos mentioned by others.
