Epcot Character Spot and listed wait times

I understand that there are two separate Epcot Character Spots. One has fastpass+ (Mickey, Minnie & Goofy) and the other does not. (Baymax, Joy & Sadness). There is only one listed wait time for Epcot Character Spot on MDE. Which one is this for? I'm thinking the one that does not have fastpass? Why do they have to make this so confusing!?

The Mickey, Minnie, Goofy one is the one they list times for as that is the official EPCOT Character Spot that is listed on MDE. All other Meet & Greets are always subject to change whether it be times or characters or actual location. The ones that are not FP+ eligible do not get wait times listed.
