Epcot Character plan?

DD wants to see Elsa/Anna and Joy/Sadness during our trip in 2 weeks. I know that the meet and greets for all of these characters are in Epcot (right?). What is our best plan of attack to see them?

We have 2 full Epcot days where we plan (hope) to get there for rope drop. We also hope to get to FEA at rope drop one day since we were unable to get a fast pass for it.

Our experience is that Joy/Sadness line is MUCH longer than Anna/Elsa. I would go see A/E after you get off FEA.

I agree with HopperFan. Even if I haven't gotten pictures with them yet, I have seen the Joy and Sadness line being much longer than Anna and Elsa. Definitely see Anna and Elsa after getting off of FEA. I have seen approximately 20 minute waits for Anna and Elsa within the first hour of the park opening.

If you want to rope drop FEA, plan on getting there 30-45 minutes before the park actually opens. You shouldn't have to wait that long if you get there within that time. Just know that mostly everyone is going to be heading towards that ride. Have a great trip!

I would say yes to that. After Joy and Sadness, you can walk across the way and meet Mickey and friends. You could also make your way to some other attractions. I know Soarin has been clocking at 20-30 minute waits in the first hour of park opening.

I would go to Joy/Sadness as early as possible. I went one afternoon and asked how long they expected the line to be and they said 45 minutes but it ended up closer to 60 and they took 2 breaks. Anna and Elsa said it was a 25 minute wait when I got in line but it ended up more like 50. I found that once we went under the area with the time on it, it was about 35 minutes. Later in the day when we passed by again it was a much shorter line, and said 20 minutes which seemed to be accurate based on where the line was.
