Epcot Baymax Wait Times

The week leading up to Christmas my girls waited about 30 minutes.

Is this M&G covered by the FastPass for the Character Spot (the one with Mickey, Minnie, etc) or is it a SEPARATE meet and greet?

As far as I know, it's separate and has no Fastpass access.

There is no FP+ for Baymax. We waited about 40 minutes, late morning on Dec. 27.

So far, those times sound much better than when he was at DHS, especially considering that these are busy times of the year. I wonder if a lot of people don't know that he's there. Also, I suspect less people go to Epcot with kids than the other parks, so they are less likely to go to the M&G at Epcot. I hope it stays this way.

We waited about 30 minutes late-afternoon on 12/28.

And Baymax meets continuously without a break. In DHS, Hiro had to be offstage for a few minutes every hour which kept the lines long.

Without someone who can actually converse, Baymax is probably just fist bumping or hugging and then the guests are on their way.

We waited about 20 minutes yesterday. It was raining all day so that probably meant lighter crowds. He can't communicate at all so without Hiro it moves fast. They could have an inflatable there with no human really, lol

We waited about 30 minutes on 12/26. I believe it was around noon.

Where is he located for a meet and greet and is it daily? I had NO IDEA Baymax was in Epcot I'm a huge Big Hero 6 fan !

It's directly across the breezeway from Character Spot #1 (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy).

And because you are a fan, these characters were at a private NYE event in Paris:

*Not expected to be in any Disney Park

When we went December 2014 our wait time was around 35 minutes. However, we had the good fortune that almost every character we were in line for took a break when we were next. Sometimes the character would change. It happened to us so much it became laughable. "Aw man, not again!". lol

Only Baymax without armor in Epcot. Hiro isn't expected to join in, ever.

Fred, Wasabi, Baymax, and Hiro in armor were well done characters. Non-BH6 CMs who were also at the event said the costumes were very impressive.

Are there photos of Yokai anywhere?

I have found that Epcot is the best place for M&G! You can usually find someone in each country at the WS with pretty short wait times.

MDE shows the other characters being there from opening to close, so it might be the same.
