I just tried to book an aqua tour for my 12 year old and 16 year old, but was told I could not unless they were accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. However, the official Disney website states on the tour page "Guests must be 8 years of age or older. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years of age or older)." Am I misinterpreting this? It sounds as though 12 and up are ok unoccompanied. Thanks for any help.
