I could use some help from the experts. I am planning my trip and trying to figure how much time to alot for Epcot. We have 2 DD 4 and 6 yo. What attractions are likely to appeal to them?

The Wonder of Life pavillion has a lot of hands-on exhibits. Your children may also enjoy the Cranium Command attraction there.

Journey into Your Imagination is a must for this age group.

Honey I Shrunk the Audience can be a little scary for some (mice, great big dog, a lion and snake all reaching out and almost touching you). However, my kids loved it at that age.

The Land has a Food Rocks attraction that the younger crowd might enjoy. Skip the boat ride. It is long and the kids will probably be bored.

The Living Seas might be interesting for them if they are at all into aquatic life.

In the World Showcase, there are Kidcot stations at each country with arts-and-crafts type activities that the children might enjoy. Buy them each a "passport" and have them stamped by a CM at each country that they visit.

My DS - 3 1/2 yrs old

Loved Food Rocks - Daddy, how come my Pineapples don't talk

Loved the Boat Ride - thought it was fun to see all those plants - we are garderners so might explain

Loved Living Seas especially walking through with the aquariums on both sides

Thought El Rio de Tiempo was "funny" - I asked him to say more and he just said it was "funny" ??? :o

Loved Maelstrom especially when the boat edges to the outside before going back in

Loved to watch the Chinese Acrobat show with the kids performing - big hit

Liked to watch the human statue and comedia players at Italy

Wanted to watch the model Train at Germany all afternoon

And of course loved the Monorail ride back up to the TTC

Thanks
Jason

With daughters aged 4 & 6 - I would bet they are into crafting!!
You will definitely need to allot a full afternoon for the World Showcase to make the masks. Personally, I would skip the Passports - my 5 year old, now 6, had absolutely no interest in this - boring - looks just like a real passport. She did enjoy the stamps - but the CM's will stamp the handle for the mask from each country, and will often also write a little message, etc., in their native tongue. Also, the Passports cost about $10 each, while the Masks - much more decorative and fun, are free!

My 3 girls have both Masks that they have done hanging in their rooms - they make an awesome souvenir - we also have $40 worth of Passports collecting dust in a drawer - live and learn!

My daughter was 3 when we went a couple of years
ago, and she is quite the adventerous type.....

Liked- Energy!, espescially the dinosaur part.

Liked- Cranium Command

Liked- Food Rocks and the Living with Land
boat ride

Loved- Living Seas, she was really in to the manatees.

Loved- Maelstrom

Loved- Off Kilter! she danced like crazy. Myself
and mom liked them to.

She did not get into the movies at Canada and
France, although I thought they were great.

She also pooped out for the American Adventure, I'm
hoping this summer she'll get more out of it.

Don't forget Ice Station Cool! My kids loved walking through the "snow" and then getting to taste all the cool drinks!
