Epcot and DHS boats

Which resort area does the Epcot boats go to? (this is from the Int. Gateway after you enter Epcot, correct?)

Which resort area does the DHS boats go to? (this is upfront, before you enter the park, correct?)

I am asking, because we are wanting to eat at Cape May and ESPN, trying to figure out if I have to actually enter park to go to either of these.

The Friendship Boats do a circuit of all resorts, DHS and the IG. From DHS they go to Swan/Dolphin, YC/BC then Boardwalk and on to the IG. You can probably park at the BoardWalk lot, they have extra capacity across the street, then go to either restaurant without hitting a park.

You can access the boat dock at DHS without entering the park. The boat will stop at Swan/Dolphin and then YC/BC before stopping at the Boardwalk. You can also walk to the Boardwalk and YC/BC from DHS. It's a pleasant 15 min walk if the weather is nice.

Using Epcot to get to Cape May or ESPN: You would need to use a park ticket.
Using DHS to get to Cape May or ESPN: You would not need to use a park ticket.

If you are coming from a WDW resort via bus, I would suggest using DHS to get to these restaurants. If you are coming from MK, AK, or DTD, I would use the direct resort bus (BC & BW)to get to these restaurants.
