Epcot after 4

Is there a special rate for Epcot after 4 ... I though I saw something about that but can not find that information now.

There is a yearly Epcot After 4 pass that is available only to Florida residents. There are convention tickets available that allow admission after 2 pm to any park for about $15 less than a one day one park ticket.

Other than that, there is no discounted daily admissions for late arrivals available to the general public.
