I got our envelopes when I mailed out our other exchanges

She gave me 2 different kinds, one is cardboard and says flat rate-priority and the other is paper and just says priority. I think I use the cardboard one right?!

Yes, the cardboard one that says flat rate, and they will only charge you $4.05 no matter how much you have in there.
