Entry still at 4PM for MVMCP?

Just wondering if they are still allowing entry into MK at 4PM for MVMCP? My Dsis is looking to buy tickets but doesn't feel it is worth the $90 fee for only 5 hours but would do it if they could get into MY at 4PM like we have done in the past.

last years disney has let guest in at 4pm I do not see any resion why they would not do the same this year, but it is up to disney
